Shipping and Delivery Policy
We offer delivery to most countries where our logistics partners have a presence, and while we strive to keep prices affordable, our focus is on getting your items to you quickly, promptly, and securely. For a list of countries to which we deliver and charges, you can select your item and proceed to the checkout page, as charges are calculated based on weight and volume. Once you enter your delivery details, we will automatically calculate delivery costs based on the address you provide, no payment or registration required.


Order status and tracking
All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-5 working days after payment is confirmed. This may vary based on online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, order packaging and shipping, etc. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of all orders.



Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check and track the delivery status of your order with our local logistics partner using your 6-digit order number. If no one is present to receive the package, additional redelivery charges will apply. Please provide your contact number under the address selected during checkout so that the courier company can contact you in the event of an unexpected incident.

  For all international deliveries, the time required depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order has arrived safely and its status can be tracked here.



Taxes, Duties and Duties
