Return and exchange policy



We (unacream.com/operations) want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. Regardless of the reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer exchanges and returns on all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:



All items must be in original packaging with product tags intact



All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition



The outsole should show no signs of wear



Original receipt required



All items must be purchased from www.unacream.com   If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any exchange or refund claim regardless of whether the item has been sent back to us.



Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable, whether in our retail boutiques or through our online portal.      

Validity of exchanges and returns


Exchanges and returns are required on all orders within 20 days of the invoice date. All return requests must be made strictly online at unacream.com.





Online exchanges and returns



You are required to provide the original invoice with the item in its original condition and packaging.



Please print and fill out the exchange/return request form found here and follow the steps indicated on the form to make your exchange.



Send your package to us with trackable postage.



Wait for our email confirmation, generally processing time is 5 working days from receipt of package.



All return requests will be refunded via online store credit voucher only. Your online store voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used towards your next online purchase. It is strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-exchangeable for boutique gift certificates. Online store vouchers are valid online only and cannot be used in our retail boutiques.



Online store credit vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and any unused excess amount will not be refunded.



Online store credit provided will be calculated against the purchase price of the product as stated on the original invoice. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and subsequent shipping charges for exchanges will not be refunded.

  However, if any product received is deemed defective or shipped in error, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and while we do our best to ship replacement items back to you, we reserve the right to exchange with an item of similar value or provide online store points or anything else at the sole discretion of Cosmomo.com method.



Overseas order taxes, customs duties, duties and excise taxes charged on refunds or exchanges are not refundable.



All returns and exchanges made through our online portal www.unacream.com/ require shipping to the location where the product is shipped from



Other terms and conditions



All returns and exchanges can only be made once.



If subsequent returns or exchanges contain the same items as previously ordered, we reserve the right to disqualify you from free returns at our sole discretion



Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage caused by unique, accidental, or random damage resulting from your use of the product or wear and tear on the product.   No product is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, conformity to description and fitness for a particular purpose
